Since i noticed that i have excess baggages already, hihihihi and im beginning to become bigger and bigger everyday i decided to take a jog and attend a taebo session at Greenhills.
Saturday night, i was still a bit hesitant since im really having a hard time waking up in the morning ( even if i have work), but then i alrmed my mobile 5am, and i texted my tita (since she's attending that session almost everyday) that i will join her.
I woke up 5am, and start preparing. We left the house at 5:30am and started brisk walking to Greenhills, when we arrived at the parking area, there's already about 20 peoples (both men and women) in the area, doing some warm up. So since the session will start in a few minutes, i decided to do some warm up too then a few minutes after the session started, at first i was a bit shy (though this is not the first i attended a taebo session) but seeing those ladies and gentlemen lively dancing and following the steps that the instructor in front is doing i oblige hehehehe (obliged talaga lol) but honestly i enjoyed doing it! We did it for almost an hour and pay only 20 bucks heheheh
After of almost an hour dancing ( i call it dancing since the steps are like the steps in ballroom dancing) wedecided to go home and catch the first mass!
When we got home, i feel rejuvinated and i feel i lose some baby fats already since i feel light.
Hopefully i can do it atleast 3 times a week.
