This is my first attempt in black & white. Although im just using a ordinary digital camera i really love taking pictures aside from the fact that im really a camwhore lol.

And last saturday and sunday, when we were in Puerto Galera i was able to took some photos of my sister and friend in black and white.

I really love b & w  photos (and sepia also) i find it classy. and since it was a really gloomy day in Puerto galera i decided to have some photos of it.

Indeed it was a world record as Kraft Eden Cheese and Magsaysay Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts (MIHCA) launched the opening of Cafe 5845.

5845 is the number that made the culinary world shocked last DEcemeber 14, 2009, as Eden and MIHCA successfully created unique cheese made dishes in just one day.

And now, the Filipino people can experience this. As it is the first cheese cafe that will serve 5,845 cheese dishes.

The Cafe's design is really classy and more of a European cafe, thats why you will surely enjoy your dining there.

Lucky us because we were able to experience those wonderful and really mouth watering dishes that the chefs from MIHCA prepared.
